Land to the West of Fairwater Park

Under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2012 Part 1A those proposing major development are required to consult with members of the public and community and statutory bodies prior to submitting their planning application to the Local Planning Authority. This is commonly known as Statutory Pre-Application Consultation.

It is the intention of Cardiff Council (Housing Development & Neighbourhood Regeneration) to apply to Cardiff Council for full planning permission for the following development:

"Demolition  of the former Fairwater Social Club and construction of affordable houses together with access, landscaping, drainage, engineering, and other  associated works."

In compliance with the statutory pre-application consultation requirements, all relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.

As part of the engagement process, the Cardiff Council Housing Team are holding a public exhibition event, Thursday 28 November, between 2pm and 7pm at the Fairwater Hub, Doyle Avenue, Cardiff, CF5 3HU nearby the development site.
