Gilfach Road, Tonyrefail

Amity Planning has been commissioned by RHA Wales to undertake a statutory pre-application consultation in respect of proposed development at Land to the North of Gilfach Road, Tonyrefail. 

We give notice that RHA Wales is intending to apply to Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council for planning permission, for the following development:

'Residential development of 12 no. affordable apartments (comprising of  8no. 1 bedroom apartments (4 of which would be adapted flats) and 4 no. 2 bedroom apartments) within two apartment blocks, together with roads, drainage infrastructure and associated works'

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below.
