Mill Street, Tonyrefail (Phase 1, Detailed)

Amity Planning has been appointed by Lewis Homes Ltd. to undertake a statutory pre-application consultation in respect of proposed development at Land at Mill Street, Tonyrefail. 

We give notice that Lewis Homes Ltd. is intending to apply to Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council for planning permission for the following development:

'Full application for residential development of 42 affordable dwellings together with access improvements, parking area, roads, drainage infrastructure, landscape planting and associated works'

Prior to formal submission to the Local Planning Authority and in accordance with the requirements set out in Part 1A of the Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012, the proposal will be subject to pre-application consultation.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below.
