Under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2012 Part 1A those proposing major development are required to consult with members of the public and community and statutory bodies prior to submitting their planning application to the Local Planning Authority. This is commonly known as statutory pre-application consultation.
It is the intention of Bellway Homes Limited (Wales) to apply to Bridgend County Borough Council for full planning permission for the following development:
“Demolition of existing buildings and proposed residential development together with associated highways, drainage, open space, and other infrastructure works"
at the following location:
"Land to the south of the A48, Craig Y Parcau, Bridgend"
In compliance with the statutory pre-application consultation requirements, all relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are available for inspection and review online below.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this proposed development must do so by 28th November 2025.
