Cardiff Council (Housing Development & Neighbourhood Regeneration) will be holding an informative community engagement event to give local residents the chance to learn more about the development proposals, ask questions, and share their feedback.
The event is scheduled for the 28th January, with representatives available from 2pm to 7pm. Attendees are invited to visit at their convenience during these times.
Please note there is limited parking availability in proximity of Llanishen Hub. The location of the Hub is marked by a red dot on the adjacent aerial image.

Under the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2012 Part 1A those proposing major development are required to consult with members of the public and community and statutory bodies prior to submitting their planning application to the Local Planning Authority. This is commonly known as statutory Pre-Application Consultation (PAC).
It is the intention of Cardiff Council
(Housing, Development & Neighbourhood Regeneration) to apply to Cardiff Council (Local Planning Authority) for full planning permission for the following development:
"Residential development, together with associated vehicular and pedestrian accesses, car parking, amenity areas, landscaping and ancillary development: site preparation, clearance, treatment, re-profiling and the installation of new services and infrastructure."
In compliance with the statutory pre-application consultation requirements, all relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review online below.
Anyone who wishes to make representations about this proposed development must do so by 6th February 2026.
We would encourage you to use the online feedback form at the bottom of this page. However, for those wishing to make representations by post or email, our addresses are as follows:
