It is the intention of Broad Street Real Estate to submit a Full Planning Application to Woking Borough Council for the redevelopment of the former Cleary Court site on Chobham Road, Woking.
The proposed development comprises a mixed-use scheme featuring two interconnected buildings of 16 and 28 storeys. The scheme would deliver 463 co-living units (Sui Generis), 111 residential apartments (Use Class C3), three ground-floor commercial units, and associated works.
As part of the engagement process, Broad Street Real Estate, along with their design team are holding a public drop in event at the below venue, date and time:
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the community engagement event where you will be able to discuss the proposals with a member of the design team. If you are unable to attend the events, or would like more time to reflect on the proposals, then you can find copies of the planning application documents and consultation boards below. These documents will be made available for a period of 21 days.
