Community Engagement Event
It is the intention of Broad Street Real Estate to submit a Full Planning Application to Woking Borough Council for the residential and co living development of two connected tower blocks and associated works at the former Cleary Court, Chobham Road, Woking.
As part of the engagement process, Broad Street Real Estate, along with their design team are holding a public drop in event at the below venue, date and time:
- Address: Christ Church Jubilee Square, Jubilee Square, Woking (GU21 6YG)
- Date: Thursday 7th May 2026
- Time: Between 3pm - 7pm
Interested parties are encouraged to attend the community engagement event where you will be able to discuss the proposals with a member of the design team. If you are unable to attend the events, or would like more time to reflect on the proposals, then you can find copies of the planning application documents and consultation boards below. These documents will be made available for a period of 21 days.
