It is the intention of Land Adjacent to 74 Corbett Street, Treherbert to submit a Full Planning Application to Rhondda Cynon Taff Council for a residential development with landscaping, access, engineering and associated works.
The proposed development comprises 14no. 2 person 1 bedroom affordable apartments, on a sustainable brownfield site within the settlement boundary of Treherbert. The scheme comprises of 2 buildings, varying from 2-3 stories height
As part of the engagement process Cynon Taff Housing and Bluefield Land, along with their design team, are opening up a public online engagement portal. This online engagement portal encourages the local community and other stakeholders to share their genuine complements and concerns surrounding the proposal.
